An oil painting on canvas of a European street scene, by listed artist T.E. Pencke (born 1929). This work depicts a crowded street lined with buildings and shopfronts, horse-drawn vehicles and figures scattered throughout. This work is signed ‘Pencke’ to its lower right corner, and is mounted in a molded gold tone frame with foliate detailing and a wire to its verso for hanging.
