It depicts a reclining nude woman and is signed ‘1931 Henri-Matisse’ in the plate to the lower right. It is housed in a plastic sleeve and includes a Certificate of Authenticity written in French and stamped ‘Parish Galleries Committee New Orleans, LA’ in blue.
