A vintage Simpli-Scribe portable Cambridge electrocardiograph machine. This EKG machine, model No. 0-208092, was originally created for Howard F. Van Noate, M.D. by the Cambridge Instrument Company, Inc. of Ossining, New York. The machine features a wooden case with a gold-toned plaque on the front and comes with a removable tan canvas case with leather trim. The top opens up to reveal the machine with its various knobs and electrodes.
