Item Details
An original 1974 signed limited edition serigraph on paper by well-listed Geometric Minimalist wildlife artist Charley Harper (Cincinnati, 1922 – 2007), titled Fine Feather. The print depicts a small gray sparrow carrying a massive peacock feather in its beak. The feather has bright patches of blue, emerald green, purple, and gold that contrast the smaller bird’s drab plumage. The print is signed and numbered 915/1500 in graphite to the lower margin. It is double-matted in black and white and is presented behind glass in a black composite frame with a hanging wire attached to the verso.
