Included are three books from the Masterpieces of American Literature collection, The Literary Works of Abraham Lincoln (1980), The Writings of Thomas Jefferson (1967), and_The Autocrat of the Breakfast-Table_ by Oliver Holmes (1981). Also included are two books from the 100 Greatest Books Ever Written collection, The Federalist by Alexander Hamilton, John Jay and James Madison (1979) and The Autobiography of Benjamin Franklin (1976). Each book was published by the Easton Press and is presented in a leather bound cover with gilt imprinted pattern work and raised bands to the spine.
