A handcolored etching on paper titled Tranquillette published by the Paris Etching Society of New York. The Paris Etching Society was created by Sidney Z. Lucas who commissioned French and Flemish artists to create original prints to be sold in his New York gallery. This etching depicts a small mill on a street flowing through verdant fields finished in pastel tones. The piece is titled by the artist in graphite and is stamped with Sidney Lucas’s initials to the lower left. It is also copyrighted in plate to the upper right reading ‘Paris Etching Society NY USA.’ It is presented behind a white mat behind glass in a wooden frame.
