A Mid Century Modern wrought iron chair in the style of Bertoia’s Diamond chair for Knoll. The seat, arms, and back are composed of a single piece of black wire shaped into a diamond with contoured metal grid for the seating. It rests on a wrought iron base with side supports and an open trapezoid shaped leg on each side.
Harry Bertoia (1915-78) was an Italian artist, designer, and metalworker whose 1950s wire furniture collection for Knoll has become iconic.
