A Chinese jewelry box with carved bowenite accents. This wooden jewelry box features a mahogany finish with ornate brass reinforcements and hardware. Offering carved bowenite and pierced brass medallions to the hinged lid showing floral motifs. The lid opens to a red embroidered textile lining with padded ring slots and an open compartment. This unique box goes with out markings.
