An oil painting on canvas titled Fall on the Potomac by listed Virginia artist, David Heat (born 1950). This landscape painting, rendered in warm, autumnal tones, features a ledge overlooking the Potomac river, covered in leaves and surrounded by ever changing trees. It is signed by hand to the lower right corner and presented with a gold tone plaque specifying the title and artist. This painting is matted in white and presented without glass in a gold tone wood and gesso frame with a metal hanging wire to the verso. To the verso is additional information on this work.
