A signed offset lithograph poster after the original painting Morning Harbor by American artist Ted Goerschner (1833-2012). Goerchner was active in Massachusetts and California and was known for his landscapes, figures, still lifes, and teaching. This print depicts a small harbor beside a village under a blue sky scattered with clouds. The piece is executed in a painterly style with broad visible brush strokes and simplified passages. The print is signed in plate to the lower left and by hand in graphite to the lower right. The artist’s name, the title of the piece, and publisher are printed in the lower margin.
