An original monochromatic abstract relief print on paper by listed Minnesotan artist William Saltzman (1916 – 2006), titled Linoleum Texture. The print depicts an abstracted swirl of shapes and texture printed in navy blue ink in varying opacities. The print is matted in white, which is signed, titled, and dated 1937 by the artist in graphite to its lower edge. The print is not framed, but is currently wrapped in acetate for safekeeping. Condition
- paper is yellowed and has light warping to its lower edge. Matting is significantly yellowed and has major areas of discoloration. A large creased rip marks the upper right of the matting.
