A pair of wood carvings depicting Don Quixote and his squire, Sancho Panza. These carved figurines are tinted in shades of yellow, red, and green, and are depict the two in detailed caricature. Don Quixote has one hand to his chest, a serious expression on his face, while Sancho Panza, standing several heads shorter, rests his arms to his side, a sack in one hand. These pieces are presented on square bases and have no visible maker’s marks.
