A vintage mantel clock by Emil Schmeckenbecher. This clock features a wood casing with an arched top with a metal handle. The clock has a glass-fronted door that opens to the dial with roman numerals and two winds set in a gold tone metal backing with a scrolling, etched pattern and marked ‘Tempus Fugit’. Casing rises on four wooden feet and the movement is marked ‘Emil Schmeckenbecher Two (2) Jewels, Made in West Germany, unadjusted 130-080’.
