Two 1960s Ink Drawings of Tropical Landscapes
Item Details
A set of two 1963 drawings on paper, rendered in a palette of black against off-white. Featured is a tropical landscape depicting figures walking toward waterfront huts surrounded by trees. Also featured is a similar work depicting two palm trees set against a peaceful body of water. The drawings are signed and dated in black pen to the lower right, with a signature that appears to read ‘Y. Jackys’; however, no clear artist attribution could be made. Each is double matted in red and black and presented under glass in a black wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso.
Condition
- two tears to lower left of drawing with palm trees; toning to paper; minor wear to frames.

- measures one frame, each visible image measures 11.25" W x 7.25" H.
