A collection of 1991 Hallmark A Christmas Carol figurines, glass ornaments, and a Nativity set. The sixteen items in this lot feature nine porcelain characters from Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol. These figurines also have loops for hanging as ornaments. There are two each of Mrs. Cratchit, Bob Cratchit, and Tiny Tim, with slight differences in the face. Each piece is marked to the base with the character name and ‘1991 – Fine Porcelain – 1991 Hallmark Cards, Inc.’ The pieces depicting caroling ‘Mrs. Beaumont’ (1991) and ‘Mr. Fishbourne’ (1990) are porcelain bells with clappers; they are also marked ‘Crafted in Thailand’. The eleven-piece ceramic Nativity set comes in its original box. The glass ball ornaments, hand-painted on the interior surface, feature fantastical, free-form illustrations of scenes from different parts of the world such as Africa, the Middle East, the British Isles, and South America. The seven ornaments come in the original separate boxes.
