A hand-knotted Indo-Persian Heriz area rug. The rug features a red central medallion with white, navy, green and olive central medallion on a cream colored background. The rug has grey spandrels. It is framed with a compound border with a red primary turtel band flanked by matching olive bands, all having floral chain decorations. It has overcast edges and cotton warp fringe to the ends. Unlabeled.
