Chinese Hand-painted Vase

Item Details

A hand-painted Chinese vase. The vase has a blue and white glossy finish on an urn-shape. Other features of the vase include a tapered neck with stripes in blue, white and brown and a landscape scene in colors of pink, yellow and white to one side with a pink and blue floral design on the other side and the vase tapers to a flared base that has a white and blue trim. An affixed label attributes the vase to the Chien Lung (Qianlong) reign, but is otherwise unmarked.

Condition

- a piece of rim has been broken off and reglued
