1776 Leather Wallet and Papers
Item Details
A 1776 leather wallet with pockets and papers. The wallet is stamped, ‘Nathanial Ellmes, His Book, 1776’. Contents include folded handwritten late eighteenth century and early nineteenth century notes and receipts. Also indecipherable stamping to other flap. This lot also includes a framed ‘The Times’ paper dated November 6, 1805 that measures: 26.75’ W x 21.00’ H.
