Item Details
A Chinese reverse painting on glass of a mahjong game. This work depicts a quartet of women playing the game at a lacquered table, a small crowd of men and women watching them play. A child stands at the lower right of the image, a tray of small cups in hand to serve them. This work is presented, unsigned, in a dark wooden frame with an ornamental bracket to the top edge for hanging.
