Item Details
A Limoges porcelain pig trinket box. This hand painted porcelain pig is somewhat personified through the use of a cartoonish smile and expressive eyes. It is pink with a curly tail and sits on a trinket box that is decorated to have the appearance of a grassy field. The box has a clasp on the front in the shape of an Oak leaf. The interior of the box has a small landscape illustration on the bottom. This piece is marked on the underside ‘Limoges France, Peint Main, Rochard’.
