Item Details
A hand-knotted Baluch carpet runner. The rug features five diamond medallions down the center of the deep red field in a palette of taupe and navy blue. The field is enclosed by a compound border that features a X pattern made of small squares in a complementary palette with rotating navy blue, red, and taupe color palettes with a slanted linear pattern along either short end. The rug has an overcast edge and a short wool fringe to either end. Unmarked.
