A hand-knotted Persian area rug. The rug features a central medallion in cream, orange, teal, and brown on an orange field. The field is populated with a herati pattern throughout and is enclosed by a compound border. The border features a leaf and calyx pattern throughout in a matching palette. The rug has an overcast edge with a short fringe to either end. Unmarked.
