Hand-Knotted Northwest Persian Tribal Area Rug
Item Details
A hand-knotted Persian tribal rug. This rug features a crimson field with a pole medallion of three stepped diamond motifs filled geometric motifs showing colors in indigo, reds, burgundy, emerald, amber, and black. The rug is bordered in a bird head pattern with an ‘S’ shaped guard border, and finished with overcast edges, and a short natural warp ivory fringe. Marked with a tag that reads, ‘Made in Iran’.
