This collection includes three third issue March 3rd, 1863 three-cent notes with Washington to the obverse, and the Medallion 3 to the reverse; and one fifth issue Red Seal ten-cent note, featuring William M. Meredith on the obverse. These items are circulated. About good to good condition.
