A chromolithograph on compressed paperboard after a painting by artist C.P. Weber. This print depicts a figure herding sheep down a snowy path at sunset. The setting sun reflects gold color in the snow and the backs of the sheep. The long narrow composition enhances the feeling of being surrounded by the forest at dusk. This piece is signed in plate to the lower left and it is presented behind glass in a carved gold tone wood frame. The verso of this piece is equipped to hang.

Condition

- there is wear to the frame and accretion behind the glazing due to age.
