Paticci Oil Painting of a Studying Rabbi
Item Details
An oil painting on canvas of a studying rabbi, by an artist appearing to sign the work ‘Paticci.’ This painting, rendered in the style of Polish artist Abraham Straski (1903-1987), depicts the figure at an ornately-carved table, gazing at the pages of an open book with one hand to his cheek. The colorful piece is signed to its lower right, and is presented in a gold tone frame with a wire for hanging.
