A contemporary Modernist dining table with six chairs. The rectangular table features a faux marble laminate, and comes with a glass top. The table rests on straight, square legs, and comes with two extra extension leaves. Also included is a set of six dining chairs. The chairs are made of dark, lacquered wood, featuring high, slightly curved, slat backs, with padded seats, upholstered in a white brocade fabric with leaf patterns. This item is located on a main floor, accessed from a porch with steps.

• Please note, this is an item that may be especially difficult to move and/or transport. Unless shipping arrangements are available and made by the winning bidder, that individual is advised to bring appropriate assistance, vehicle, proper materials, and any necessary tools to pickup.

• Please be advised, furniture items must be picked up and removed by winning bidder during the scheduled pick-up time on pick-up day. A moving charge will be incurred by winning bidders for any items not picked up. If winning bidder chooses to not have the item moved for alternate pick-up, the winning bidder will incur a disposal fee to have the item removed.
