Item Details
A mixed media painting with engraved embellishment on paper, created in 2001. This painting features a couple walking along a path in front of a Russian style church, possibly St. Dmitry on the blood in Uglich. It is rendered with watercolor, gouache, graphite, and engraving. It is illegibly signed and titled to the bottom margin. It is presented matted, and housed in a burgundy gesso and wood frame under glass; fitted with hanging wire to the verso.
Condition
- dust and debris to frame and glass; glass could benefit from being cleaned; paper is slightly warped; glass sits loose in frame.
