A signed 1955 Alva Studio statue. This statue is a reproduction of Michelangelo Buonarroti’s original statue Moses located in the San Pietro in Vincoli church in Rome, Italy. This sculpture depicts a portrait of Moses seated, with two small horns on his head, holding a stone tablet with the Ten Commandments. A sticker to the verso reads ‘Reproduction from the original of The Louvre Paris, Alva Studios Inc. New York, Produced by Alva Studios in collaboration with Special Service Department of the French National Museums.’
