Marichal and Cooper Signed Baseballs

Item Details

A pair of autographed baseballs, Juan Marichal and Cecil Cooper. Juan signed the ‘sweet spot’ of a National League (Giamatti Pres.) with a black ink pen. Cecil Cooper signed the ‘sweet spot’ and added, ‘5 X All Star’ with a blue ink pen. Juan was a dominating pitcher for the San Francisco Giants during his illustrious professional career. He is a former ‘Cy Young Winner’ and ten time National League All-Star. Juan was known for this ‘high leg kick’ and pitched a no-hitter for the Giants in 1963. Juan was inducted into the National Baseball Hall Of Fame in 1983. Cecil played first base for the Brewers from 1977-1987 during which he went to five All-Star games, won two Gold Gloves and three Silver Slugger awards. Cecil’s signature was obtained at a Tri-Star event; their hologram is on the baseball, there is no paperwork. Juan’s signature is not authenticated.
