Vintage Textiles Including "Log Cabin" Lap Quilt Piece
Item Details
An assortment of textiles. The group includes two colorful molas handmade in Panama. Also included is a silk souvenir scarf from Camp Shelby, Mississippi, featuring a poem, images of a tank and field gun, paratroopers, and the seal of the United States. The name ‘Cpl. John J. Carr’ is printed above one of the fringed borders. The small Log cabin quilt is made of narrow pieces of fabric. It has been tufted through the batting onto the backing and is bordered with a pale green binding.
