Item Details

A hand-painted trompe l’oeil wall cabinet. The wooden, green cabinet features a rectangular top with molded edges above a blind-paneled door concealing a three-shelf interior. The center of the door is painted with a collection of books while the wood-grained border is decorated with photos and notes held on by simulated tacks. The back is fitted with two D-rings and there are no visible maker’s marks.

Condition

- some minor wear and scratches to paint; back panel shows signs of previous hardware.
