An assortment of twenty-six loose 1930s Goudey, ‘Diamond Stars,’ and other baseball photo cards. This selection includes players such as (HOF) Wait Hoyt, (HOF) Gabby Harnett, (HOF) Ernie Lombardi, Cy Blanton, Gus Suhr, Tommy Bridges, Dick Bartell, Hal Trosky, Terry Moore, Luke Sewell, (HOF) Rogers Hornsby, Zeke Bonura, Cecil Travis, Van Mungo, (HOF) Bill Terry, Jimmy Dykes, Mel Harder, Wes Ferrell, and others. Each photo has a replica signature of the player. It appears that the photo cards have been removed from a scrapbook with paper loss, residue, and written notations on the backsides.
Condition
Two of the cards have been trimmed, missing their white borders. The cards have been removed from a scrapbook with paper loss, residue, and discoloration. Edge and surface wear with soft corners. Wear consistent with age.
