A collection of vintage hand-painted ceramic coin banks, shakers and pitchers, and a blue painted metal wall shelf. The collection includes nine glazed and hand-painted ceramic animal coin banks, shakers or pitchers, in the shapes of pigs, cats, dogs or elephants. One piece is marked ‘Smiley – USA’ and another is marked ‘Patented USA’; the others are not marked. The blue display unit has three shelves, with pierced and scalloped edges, and there are hanging holes with slots on the back. No maker’s marks.
