An oil painting on paperboard of a cat in the night sky. This piece depicts the face of a cat that has seemingly been created from starlight with white and yellow strokes over a deep blue, and added red accents. Speckled brushstrokes add further to this starry effect and carry the image out into the starry night sky background. It is presented in a painted wood frame with molded gesso details in the corners. These have had spots of color added to them. The piece is unsigned and wired for hanging.
