William Duebber Original Abstract Acrylic Painting on Canvas
Item Details
An original acrylic painting on canvas by contemporary Cincinnati-based artist William Duebber (1941 – 2014). The composition features a series of organic shapes and patterns in various shades of gray, cream, peach, pink, and teal that seem to come together to depict a mountainous landscape. The painting is signed faintly in pale gray to the lower right and to the verso in ink. It is presented in a large wooden frame with a glossy cream finish and a hanging wire to the verso.
The artist graduated from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Art and Architecture in 1964. Bill’s career in graphic design, commercial art, package design and art direction did not deter his passion for fine art as his work has been exhibited in Cincinnati and Indianapolis Galleries for thirty years. Private and Corporate collections includes Coca-Cola, AT & T, Carlisle Corporation and Providence Hospital to name a few.
