H.J. Woods "Little Old Lady" English Tea Set
Item Details
A circa 1930s tea service by H.J. Woods. The teapot, lidded sugar bowl, and cream pitcher are in the Little Old Lady design, each depicting a woman dressed in a bonnet and ruffled layers with pink and blue accents on the cream ground with sprigs of blossoms. The teapot is marked underneath ‘Little Old Lady Made in England’ while the other pieces are stamped ‘Made in England’.
Condition
- some minor surface wear with crazing; some discoloration; some surface residue.
