Pair of Vintage Dress Swords

Item Details

A pair of early to mid-20th century ceremonial or dress swords. Includes one piece by Spartan, with a slightly curved blade, metal sheath, openwork metal hand guard, and black synthetic grip. The other piece has no maker’s mark, with a straight blade, brass hand guard, and brass wire wrapped metal grip.

Condition

- “Spartan” sword in good condition with minor metal discoloration; other sword in fair condition with significant discoloration to the blade, and one tip of the hand guard broken off.
