Bancroft and Cortland Vintage Wood Tennis Rackets
Item Details
A pair of vintage wood tennis rackets by Bancroft and Cortland. The Bancroft racket features a ‘Tear Drop’ design by Ralph V. Sawyer, and is marked with the registration number 74552. The Cortland racket features American tennis player Joe Whalen (1916–1994), with his printed portrait and signature, and registration number 368. Both rackets include protective wood frames.

- minor scratches, markings, and wear; some damage to string.
