The contemporary Navajo style necklace pendant depicts a Buffalo Yei diety, with plated and textured horns, a jasper face, an garnet bead dangle, and a coiled bail. The pendant is accompanied by a strand of cultured freshwater pearls, with separator beads in citrine, peridot, and dyed quartz, finished with a hook clasp. The pendant by Navajo silversmith, Glenn Sandoval, depicts the supernatural deity of fertility and agriculture, Kokopelli.
