A vintage butternut arm chair by S. Bent & Bros. Inc. This chair features a turned crest rail over a mid rail panel above turned spindles. The scrolling armrests rise on turned supports flanking a saddle seat. The chair rises on turned and splayed front legs joined by a perimeter stretcher and terminating on ball feet. It is marked ‘but nut’ and ‘S. Bent & Bros. Inc.’ to the underside.
