A signed limited edition serigraph titled In The Stretch by listed American painter LeRoy Neiman (1921-2012). Neiman is best known for his expressionist style paintings and prints that often depict various athletes, famed musicians and sporting events – particularly horse races. This print depicts the number 5 horse barely edging out the number 6 horse over a bright blue sky as they go into a turn. The work is hand signed in graphite in the lower right margin and numbered 215 in an edition of 250. It is presented under glass with a white mat in a gold tone wood frame. There is a hanging wire to the verso.
