Pair of Porcelain Victorian Figurines
Item Details
A pair of porcelain Victorian figurines. This pair features a vintage figurine of a musical couple, depicting a seated lady with an instrument at her feet, while the gentleman leans over her shoulder, hands raised. The underside is marked ‘Ucagco China, Made in Occupied Japan’. Also offered is a pink hand-painted figurine of a gentleman wearing a tricorn hat, long overcoat and breeches, complete with a match holder to his side. The verso bears an indistinguishable maker’s mark.
Condition
- minor wear to underside of each; woman is missing a finger on right hand; object appears to be missing from couple figurine.
