Antique Chest of Drawers

Item Details

An antique flame veneer chest of drawers. It has a stepped back vanity top, with two shallow, flame veneered drawers side by side under a short surface. The chest has three stacked drawers with beaded accent at the bottom, above the scalloped apron, which extends down to the corner bracket feet. Each drawer has a beautiful bookmatched flame veneer front, hand cut dovetail joints, two wooden knobs, and a center brass escutcheon. A tapered ring turned accent sits at each top corner of both tiers. The unfinished back has horizontally set boards.
