A giclee on paper after a watercolor painting of a lotus, including leaves, roots, and flowers. The work, which is marked ‘Reproduced from an original 18th Century Chinese water color’ to its lower margin, depicts a mound of tuber-like roots, as well as leafy growths and fruit and flowers, all rendered in a naturalistic palette of green, brown, and white. This work is presented, unsigned, behind glass in a frame without hanging hardware.

- some toning and foxing to paper; glass could be cleaned more thoroughly; chips to the upper and lower left of frame.
