1973 Italian Reproduction 1848 Colt Army "Dragoon" Cal.44 Black Powder Revolver

An Italian circa 1973 reproduction of a 3rd model Dragoon 1848 Colt Army .44 caliber percussion black powder revolver. This vintage firearm has a carved wood handle in natural waxed finish with brass trigger assembly and black revolver bullet housing and firing barrel which is marked ‘Black Powder Only – Made in Italy’ and ‘Cal.44’. The number ‘26284’ is stamped to the bottom of the brass assembly. The barrel is stamped XX9, the proof mark for 1973, Gardone Val Trompia.
