A collection of architectural salvage antique art tiles. This listing includes four wooden boxes filled with a variety of ceramic tiles. Most are either 3” or 6” square. Designs include variegated blues, greens in both variegated and molded foliate patterns, amber tiles with a molded foliate design, and two mauve tiles with a molded geometric design. Many are marked Kensington, a maker of art tiles from 1885-1895. The factory was located in Newport, Kentucky and produced many tiles with Victorian styling.
