A vintage Royal Doulton figurine titled The Cobbler, issued from 1935 to 1965. This highly colored earthenware figure depicts a seated man in a turban and was designed by Doulton modeler C.J. Noke . It is marked to the base with model number “H.N. 1706” and “Royal Doulton Made in England”.
