This Impressionist style painting depicts a lone plum blossom branch held in a glass vase, which is set against a textured, split background of purple and blue tones accented with cream. To the lower right corner of the composition is a painted artist signature and date, listed 1969. The painting is placed in a blue and gold tone wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso.
