A pair of hand-painted limited edition cels and an original drawing by animator Myron Waldman featuring characters from the cartoon Popeye. The cels, also designed by Waldman, depict Popeye posing with Olive Oyl and a lion in a piece titled Safari Shoot, and fighting with his nemesis Brutus in Let’s Rumble. Both have seals from King Features, are marked AP 6/10 and AP 8/15, and are presented behind protective plastic. The drawing, a preliminary design for Safari Shoot, is signed by the artist to the lower right and is presented inside protective plastic. All three have certificates of authenticity from Classic Moments to their versos.

Condition

- light creasing throughout drawing; minor wear to print edges.
